concert with Cara ~ Cowper & Newton Museum gardens

” Our afternoon listening to Dan playing his dulcimer and Cara singing was beautiful, made even more special by the tranquil gardens of the Cowper & Newton Museum in Olney. The event was a superb balance of music, singing and storytelling, with wonderful stories woven throughout to engage and delight the audience.
I had no idea that Dan would be singing too! His voice is so melodic and captivating — reminiscent of a bygone folk tradition. More singing, please, Dan!
The afternoon was over far too soon. We very much hope that Dan and Cara will return next year! “
